So you should know that I am not a “shopper”. I live in shopping mall heaven — I’m ten minutes from the Broadway Mall, 15 from Roosevelt Field and 25 from Whitman Shoppes — but I seldom go to the mall. I prefer to shop on line. And when I do venture into a store, I usually know what I want and buy it as quickly as possible. I’m not one to browse through stores just to see what’s for sale. A few years ago Becca introduced me to their product - delicate little cakes, exquisitely decorated, very tasty. I walk past their shop on 7th Avenue whenever we go to the theater. Well, last week I remembered that they used to have a second shop on 7th, right next to the original shop, but selling gluten-free versions of all their cupcakes. Very nice set of Beatles and Beatles covers. I really enjoyed Julie Berthelsen and the last one sung by Himesh Patel - I've wanted to see that movie (the movie where the Beatles never existed) - I've heard so many good reviews of that movie. Have a great week. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteRobin,
ReplyDeleteWhoo-hoo, I love how you used the Beatles and cover artists doin' their songs to spell LABOR DAY for this week's theme. I wonder where we'd be without such classics the iconic British rock sensation introduced to a rebelling generation that passed from one generation to the next and the next and for many more to come? Great job! BTW, I really enjoyed the cover of 'Do You Want To Know A Secret'. I'm going to see if the artist has more songs on YT. Thanks for boogieing with the 4M crew on the dance floor, my friend. You knocked this one out of the park! 😘
