We counted at least 10 ships off the beach...all waiting to enter New York Harbor and unload...

    Yep, we took a late summer trip to the beach.
    My BIL worked for homeland security before he retired. He said that incoming ships could not even get close to the USA until their crew and cargo and been thoroughly vetted.

    I felt warmer after seeing those birds sunning themselves. Thank you for the sunshine! I've read about the backup of ships trying to enter NY Harbor (among other harbors). So many side effects of the pandemic...Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
