Instant cold pack

 

Calcium ammonium nitrate and water. When water hits the pellets the mixture becomes very very cold.

Saw my orthopedist yesterday, she’s treating My Stupid Knees.  When I told her my right knee felt sore she handed me an ice pack.  I activated it in the car.
