I am having a love affair...

...with Greek yogurt.

no, really, this stuff is amazing. so much better than Dannon or columbo. it's rich and creamy, and just tart enough to be interesting.

plain, it works on a baked potato -- better than sour cream.

but mixed with honey or fruit....ambrosia from Mount Olympus. the food of the gods.
