A starry Rocktober

So every time Drew and I take a cruise, we make sure to spend time looking at the stars.  Our stargazing usually takes place after dinner.  And most of the time there's music playing in my head:

  2. The Southern Cross (actually, visiting Australia and New Zealand) is on my bucket list. I have only been on one cruise in my life, and I got "hanging off the rail" seasick the night we dined at the Captain's Table. Oh well, now I know and I can prepare for that with a medication or some other way. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  3. It’s on my bucket list too. Perhaps a cruise in the South Pacific

  4. Hadn't occurred to me before, but a cruise is about the only way to avoid urban light pollution and see the stars.

  7. Robin,

I like to stargaze but I prefer to do that when we're in the mountains. Our city lights aren't too overpowering for us to catch glimpses of those starry wonders and I love it when we're out in the evenings or early mornings to see twinkling lights against the blackness. A sight that always makes me wonder. I love Grosby Stills and Nash - great mewsic!
