My newest obsession -- Planet Fitness

I'm really enjoying my membership.  So far I've only done cardio, but I'm looking to add weight training into the program.  I find that I'm pushing myself harder on the treadmill than I do when I just take  walk.

But what I'm really enjoying...the massage chairs.  10 minutes of tension-releasing, soreness-relieving bliss.
