This winter has been a record-breaker.  Below normal temperatures for extended periods, heavy-duty snowfalls.  A vocabulary that now includes the term "polar vortex."



A friend of mine said last night "I am tired of living in a snow globe."




Is it really only 3 weeks until spring?
