Ramblings

 Never try to order takeout from a Mexican restaurant on Cinco de Mayo.  We wound up ordering from the diner. We will go out for Mexican this weekend.

I thought it was supposed to be April showers. It rained Sunday and Monday, it’s raining today, it’s supposed to rain tomorrow … we won’t see  the sun until Thursday.  So much for my gardening plans …

We went to the movies yesterday.  We saw Thunderbolts, the latest entry in the Marvel universe.   Very enjoyable mind candy.  If you go, make sure you stay until the house lights come up for the post credit scene.  We saw promos for several summer blockbusters, it’s going to be a fun summer at the movies.

Drew ordered a new gas grill, it will be delivered later this week.  Let the barbecue planning commence. 

I have to find out when the community pool opens, and when we can get our pool pass; we live close to the pool, close enough to walk.  

Yes, I’m starting to look forward to summer …
