I grew up in New York City and knew absolutely about this memorial. Well...trees are budding out and...people are walking around. The people walking around, not keeping social distance - is that it? BTW, my post is up; I can't link. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.

DeleteBut he’s back on line now ...
DeleteI had no idea that memorial even existed. Very cool!
ReplyDeleteOnly reason I knew about the memorial is because I’ve walked past it and wondered what it was.
DeleteFascinating! I've seen the memorial plenty of times and I knew what it was, but I had no idea that it was at one point a working time signal!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that’s what I found so interesting, too
DeleteOh wow! I never knew about this...thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteI guess you could put that in a list of unknown New York sites. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteSecret places in NYC, right?
DeleteInteresting and beautiful memorial!
ReplyDeleteYes, isn’t it?
DeleteWow! The things I learn! I had no idea this existed. I'm so glad you shared it.
