1. As you can see, when Sam Winters was a little girl, she loved giving her annual wish list to Santa. If you could ask Santa for anything at all, right now, what would it be?

I try to stay on the nice list … I don’t always succeed…
3. Are you traveling this Christmas? If so, are you going by car, plane or train?
No, we are not traveling l
4. Did you ship any gifts to friends and family this year? If yes, which one traveled the farthest?
We are in NY and sent a gift to a friend in Florida.
5. Did you buy yourself a gift this year?
No,
6. Which do you prefer: candy canes or gingerbread?
Still saying candy canes.
7. Can you see any holiday decorations from where you're sitting now?
Yes. My kitchen window faces the street, and my neighbors have decorated their lawn.
8. What's your favorite winter beverage?
Hot chocolate with mini marshmallows or whipped cream.
9. Share a memory from last Christmas.
A group of us went to The Melting Pot on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day we went to the movies (we saw Nosferatu) and then had Chinese food.
So this year …we are going to The Melting Pot on Christmas Eve, we’re going to the movies on Christmas Day and then we will have Chinese food …

I have been thinking about Chinese food for Christmas. It is a bit pricey, but it would be easier. I think the movies is a good idea too!

ReplyDeleteI always wanted to go to the movies on Christmas Day, but my fellow celebrants pooh-pooh it and going alone on Christmas just seems more sad than rebellious. Someday I need to find a yuletide playmate who is up for it! PS I'm Crazy Sam's entire staff and the reason why we do this every year is that Bud – who created the meme – paid an insane amount for the rights to that photo. It is MOSTLY the same every year, because I think I deserve a week off, but never EXACTLY the same. So don't try to cheat and just run last year's answers. Crazy Sam can tell.
