Washington DC vacation

So Drew and I spent 4 days in our nation's capital...great place for two history geeks.

I'll have to write a complete trip report when I get a chance. In the meantime, here are the photos from the trip.

    yes, it was great! but actually, it rained earlier that day...not only did I get a photo of the thunderstorm brewing behind the Monument, we had to take shelter in the Jefferson Memorial during the storm,,,,and saw a rainbow over the Monument when we walked over the the Lincoln Memorial.
