St. Patrick’s redux
So, as I said, it’s not St. Patrick’s Day until I hear “The Scotsman”. Funny how I never thought about it, but there’s so much more to Bryan Bowers. He sounds fascinating.
So last night we went to The Milleridge Inn. The restaurant is somewhat of a Long Island landmark, the original building dating to colonial times. They do special events for most holidays … like St. Patrick’s Day. Holiday decorations, a special menu (including colcannon, Irish soda bread, bangers and mash, Irish stew, shepherds pie, corned beef and cabbage) and entertainment.
U
The entertainment included some girls from a local dance school doing Irish step dancing, and this guy.
A fun evening.
