October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  As you may know I am a cancer survivor, my nightmare year was 2005.  This year I will be at Jones Beach on October 19, a participant in the American Cancer Society event “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer”.

    Those are nice! I don't recall seeing bird shadows before for Shadow Shot Sunday. It's been around a long time though, before I hosted though, so there may have been some.
