Gotcha Day!

I did a thing last year.

I adopted a kitten. A tiny ball of black and white fur.  

She was the last of her litter to be adopted,  the man who owned her cat mama found homes for all her siblings.  

It had been awhile since I’d had a cat of my own.  I mean, I considered Duchess to be “mine”, but Drew and I weren’t living together at the time.  Who could have guessed that the four of us would wind up together?

This little kitten

has become a marvelous cat.
