Fitbit Edge

 So I got the Edge.

The white thing is the charger. And, as you can see, it comes with both a large and small wristband.  I need the small.i switched the bands before i even charged the device.

I bought a second band as well.

It feels so light and slender as compared to ny Sense 2 — the Sense 2 is a “smartwatch” (with very few features) and the Edge is just a tracker. I would not have been able to get a Pixel watch because I have an iPhone, and the Apple Watch didn’t appeal to me.

Setup was extremely easy.  I already had the Google Health app and a Fitbit profile (I’ve been a Fitbit user for at least 10 years), so pairing my new device took just a few minutes.  

The functions aren’t very different from my Sense 2, but Google has added metrics that weren’t available when I bought the Sense 2 (was it really 4 years ago?)

I think I’m going to like this device.
