Music Monday
Another “your choice” week, and since it’s summer reruns season, I’ll do a rework of an old post … inspired by the season finale of House of the Dragon
And just to be a little different
It’s all coming back to me now
So you should know that I am not a “shopper”. I live in shopping mall heaven — I’m ten minutes from the Broadway Mall, 15 from Roosevelt Field and 25 from Whitman Shoppes — but I seldom go to the mall. I prefer to shop on line. And when I do venture into a store, I usually know what I want and buy it as quickly as possible. I’m not one to browse through stores just to see what’s for sale. There’s a local chain, Baked By Melissa , that specializes in mini cupcakes. They’re primarily in Manhattan. A few years ago Becca introduced me to their product - delicate little cakes, exquisitely decorated, very tasty. I walk past their shop on 7th Avenue whenever we go to the theater. Well, last week I remembered that they used to have a second shop on 7th, right next to the original shop, but selling gluten-free versions of all their cupcakes. As I mentioned to Alana, the other day I was working on my site and the changes messed things up. However, it appears to show on my side properly using two different browsers. ReplyDeleteI love the theme! I might be one of the very few who has not seen Game of Thrones. I love Puff The Magic Dragon but cry almost every time I hear it. I want Puff to be found and played with again.
ReplyDeleteThis was such nice after work music especially the Harry Potter and Game of Thrones music. I don't have the premium cable channels but, as a fan of the SF genre, I have read a couple of non GOT books/stories by George R.R .Martin. Also, I've read some of the early Anne McCaffrey Dragonriders of Pern series books, so I'm all in on dragons.
