The night sky
Do you look up at the sky? At night?
I've always been fascinated by the night sky. I guess it's because of all those trips to the planetarium -- the high school in my district has a wonderful planetarium, and the elementary school students are frequent visitors. It sparks a child's imagination.
Last night I saw the moon, near full, and a single star, through a break in the clouds.
Beautiful, isn't it?

Are you sure that's a star? Something that bright is probably a planet. Let me see...
ReplyDeleteYep, it's Jupiter. I found the info here: http://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/visible-planets-tonight-mars-jupiter-venus-saturn-mercury
Thank you! I was wondering if it was a planet.
ReplyDeleteThe world and all of glory is great.
