A Jimmy Buffett concert in the open-air amphitheater at Jones Beach. That was the epitome of summer fun … we went several times … I miss him.

ReplyDeleteYou did great, with the surfing songs, Jimmy Buffet, and, best of all (sort of) Chick-A-Boom, which I absolutely loved (and still do). I came close to including Itsy Bitsy, etc. but figured others would do it. Speaking of surfing songs, I sadly agree with the comment you left on my blog last week about the Beach Boys performance at A Capital Fourth. Alas, time has taken its toll.
