This probably the most original set I will hear today. Great picks for sure. Under the Boardwalk was such a cool song. It reminds me of Doby Gray's, "Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay".
I didn't hear about Tom Lehrer until after my post was written and I had no time to revise it. What a talented man he was. I had a 45 (dating myself) of Feelin' Groovy. and that Kinks song is an old favorite. And the clambake - I've never been to a true one, and living away from the seashore, probably I never will, except if they do a revival of Carousel here.
