You know about his connection to organized crime. He wrote a book about it. The book is going to become a movie. Jane’s told that story at the show, then told us this song will be used in the credits.
I’m waiting for that movie, I’m sure it will be interesting.
Somehow, "Hanky Panky" just doesn't seem to fit the image or age of the performer today.
ReplyDeleteSo many great hits. Crimson and Clover, I could listen to over and over. Crimson Blue Persuasion doesn't need to persuade me. Not sure I could get into the acoustic version of I Think We're Alone Now but maybe if I listened to it a few more times. Sadly, where the money is, crime isn't far behind.
ReplyDeleteTommy James & the Shondells...what a favorite oldies band! I had no clue Tommy James has(d) mob ties. Nothing, especially stardom, isn't worth getting in bed with bad people.
