Mildly amused to learn the Hicksville Public Library has two events today, a lecture by a local historian about Billy Joel’s life in Hicksville, and a performance by a Billy Joel tribute band,
Happy belated birthday, Billy Joel! Was the tribute band The Downtown Men? They are going to have this particular tribute band perform (no charge!) at a Binghamton festival this August, along with a Jimmy Buffett tribute band.
